I had the pleasure of working with Tayabb at Ayraxs and for EES. His leadership, organization, and project planning skills are second to none. I personally witnessed him lead a team of highly competent engineers who exceeded expectations on every project they worked on. I highly recommend Tayabb for any role where he will be in charge of managing a team. He is an excellent communicator, has strong leadership skills, and is a very hard worker.
